Intro to Tenkara Fishing Class – 3hr/2 Persons

This 3 hour Intro to Tenkara Fishing class is designed to introduce new anglers and anglers new to tenkara the fundamentals of tenkara fishing. There is a lot of  confusing information out there even with this simple method. Learn how to set the rod up, line options including when and where they should be used, casting, basic fly presentations, basic fish management and learn how to land a fish without a reel. This class will provide all the need-to-know information and skills to get you on the water with confidence. This 3 hour class will cover basic fly selection, knots and will include all equipments for use in the class. Limited to 2 people, whether a fishing buddy, friend or spouse or family member. This is a fun and thorough course that will provide you with everything you need to know. Anglers can be at different skill levels. The fly fishing class will be individualized and intamte. Minors must be at least 12 years old. Possible exceptions made on individual basis.

You are welcome to bring your own tenkara rod and equipment if you would like or it will be provided. This class is offered in Fort Collins, Colorado. Date and Time to be scheduled by calling 844-TEN-KARA (836-5272) to make arrangements. Makes a great Gift or a fun couples activity!
